Hillside Location
Located across from Hillside Mall, The Black Stilt's first location opened in the fall of 2005. With over 2000 square feet, the first Stilt has ample seating of all different types and has become home to students, self-employed folk, and many a-meeting whether they are for business or play.
The Hillside location boasts a liquor license, long hours, live music and a poetry night every Friday. So if you're looking for a comfortable place to hang out any time of day, the Hillside Black Stilt is sure to have what you're looking for.

Jubilee Location
Located at the corner of Fort Street and Richmond Road, the second Stilt opened in the summer of 2008. With green processes already in place, the Jubilee store is home to many environmentally friendly capital improvements such as low VOC paints, a high efficiency washing machine, a chest freezer, an on-demand water heater, a built in recycling system and a more efficient lighting system.
Although the Jubilee store is smaller than Hillside it is still large enough to seat over 30 people in a cozy setting. This ambiance is upheld by a small staff of five, many of whom have been slinging coffee at the store since its opening day.
